"Avoid this company, save your hard earned money"
Avoid this UK company, save your hard earned money.

Hot tub purchased via networld sports. Had to request a replacement liner (inflatable part) after less than 3 months. The liner has a flaw in the design where the joints crack after a short amount of time. The cracks are near impossible to fix, and even though extra liner material was provided, no adhesive was (which is a pretty essential component given the heat and type of material that needs to be bonded!)

The bigger issue is that a replacement liner was not available for 3 months. Once we received it, we again used for a couple of months and the same cracks appeared. Once could be an isolated fault, but twice is a pattern. The company then refused to replace or refund , claiming the 6 mo warranty had run out, even though for 3 of the 6 month period we were waiting for them to ship the replacement!!

To any prospective buyers : DO NOT BUY THIS SHODDY PRODUCT!!!!!

Actually, just don't buy anything from this company, complete gangsters.

"avoid at all costs, I wish I had read all their reviews before I bought from them!"

I bought some 'in stock' chairs that would be delivered in 5 days or less...nothing happened. After 1 week of no email reply and not being able to call them (direct to pre-recorded message) I spend 1 hr in a queue to speak to someone through chat. They said the order would be dispatched that day and a consignment was opened with Yodle, but never collected, they purposely did this to make it look like it was being dispatched. The status was the same for three days. Webchat again, 2.5 hr wait this time. they couldn't provided any proof of dispatch and eventually said they would give me a refund, one week later, nothing. They are scammers, do not give them your money, luckily the items were over £100 which means I am covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

"Hot tub replacement"
We experienced a common problem with our hot tub and after following Net World advice, it could not be solved. Immediately on updating them a replacement was offered, ordered and delivered in days! Amazing service and I have a very happy niece & nephew enjoying hot bubbles at this difficult time- thank you Net World
